Disgusting service

Made a online order on the 4 June 2019, it’s the 12 June STILL NOTHING!!!!

I call the Online Call Centre spoke to a guy called Asanda and he didn’t bother to let me know why they order had not been received instead he offered to call back and he NEVER did!!! I had to call back and spoke to Krishnie neither did she try to solve the issue or try to get order out instead she told me the funds were reversed back into my account.

When you as a Brand are advertising you quick to email your customers but just a simple email that you had a technical issue and the order wasn’t received even though the funds left my account!!!

Yet again you as a brand are making your problems mine....
