Disgusting Service

I do not even want to give them 1 star. I was forced to by this site. Mr Price Eastrand Retail Park was off line AGAIN, no signs were displayed apologising for the inconvenience or even just stating the systems are down, after spending 40 minutes shopping for a gift which makes this that much worse, I get to the front of the line and "they systems are down" and there is nothing they can do. I speak to the disgusting mannered manager and he said there was nothing they could do., end of conversation. Understandable if there is no power its not their fault but for it to happen more than 3 times in 1 month and no signs put up, the least a manager could do is apologise and be less arrogant. Disgusting display of customer services.
