Disgusting service

My daughter went to Mr Price Festival mall today 3/8/2015 to buy a pair of shoes, when she found a pair she liked she stood in the que ( a long one) to pay for them, when she finally got to the front the cashier said oh there's no price on these shoes you need to go back and get a pair with the price on ...excuse me???? My gaughter must go back and get the price? Since when? Anyway she went back and got a pair with the price in only to be told when she got back that she now had to rejoin the que all the way at the back again!!!! That's disgusting and the worst service ever! She left the shoes and walked out, I am appalled that the staff are so horribly trained as to believe this is acceptable. I truly hope as a regular customer that this matter will be attended to asap.
