Disgusting service

I am so disgusted with Mr Price.

I over paid account by R199, I went to Mr Price eastgate on Tuesday 9/10/18 to request the refund. I was told that the head office is closed but the will sort it out then I will come collect my refund.

Nothing happened until I called them today I spoke to store manager (Wiseman Qwabe) he gave Mike a phone who asked me my ID number, he then kept quiet for 5min I shouted hello serval times n he was busy chatting to his colleagues. I drove to the store when I got there I spoke to Nomvula who called the head office. Then Penelope from head office told me that I must fill in the forms. I told her I am not going to fill in form I just need my refund. I have asked to speak to her superior but she refused to transfer me.

Now I want MR Price to call their stupid eastgate store and tell them to give me cash refund because I am not going to fill in stupid forms I need my money and close the stupid account.

If this doesn’t happen I will have to sue MR Price
