Disgusting "service"

Infuriated by the Mr Price Group after a visit to Mr Price Clearouts Bloemfontein CPD today. After being glared at by both the security guard and cashier with absolute hatred and judgement, I attempt to pay my items. The cashier puts the amount through on my Mr Price account, which I pay in excess every single month, and hands me the slip to sign. After signing for my items, she impolitely tells me that my signature does not match the one on my card. She then made me sign 2 additional times. She then called the manager. I offered to provide them with my ID number and even gave them my driver's licence as proof that I am the account holder. The manager then very rudely told me that I am taking a chance. After asking her to access my account details (which has my ID on record) the response was "I am not capable of doing that." She then told me that I had to leave the items that I attempted to purchase. I politely asked for proof that the amount was removed from my account to which the response was "you can't have the slip you didn't buy anything". Is this how Mr Price treats paying customers? After years of supporting their brands and stores, I am disappointed and disgusted at the service to say the least. Funny enough- the lady that was helped at the till right before me also purchased her items via an account but no one even bothered to double check her signature. The cashier's name was Annacleta and the manager Thenjiwe. I expect Mr Price to take action.
