DISGUSTING SERVICE

What is the point of taking out a retrenchment claim if it doesn't get paid?I took out a retrenchment policy and was retrenched in the beginning of April. Went into store will ALL required documents,and filed for claim. Heard nothing for 3 weeks.Phone mr price to check on my claim-NO RECORD OF MY FORMS. Went back to the store and did everything again,I was ensured that they would waive the 3 MONTH waiting period by the HEAD OF CLAIMS department, only to find out that,that too was a lie, as I am back on the waiting period! <br> I am disgusted in the service! <br> Mr price has no problem with their debit department, they phone you 20 times a day for collections but the creditors department you have to fight with! <br> I am going to cancel all of my Mr Price accounts and will never work with them again!
