DISGUSTING SERVICE

<p>I ordered items on thursday and still havent received my items! It says my parcel was handed to the courier for delivery on friday at 16:23. surely it should be here by now? The website says 1-3 days and it hasnt even been SHIPPED yet. I dont understand why I am paying R45 for door to door delivery and its not here within the promised timeframe.</p> <p><br />Ive spoken to an agent who was not helpful at all. How is it our fault that their warehouse has a delay?My parcel has been sitting with the courier company since Friday afternoon and nobody seems to be able to assist. Cant believe the appalling service I have received. I am a loyal MrP customer and expected more from one of my favourite stores.</p>
