DISGUSTING REFUND POLICY- DON'T EVER SHOP ONLINE
DISGUSTING SERVICE !! I paid for an item that was R160, never received it and wasn't informed that it was out of stock. I waited for a month for a refund (after making countless calls) and Mr Price does a cheque refund which cost me R40. The online staff are so insufficient with feedback and I'm absolutely livered with the level of service received. I LITERALLY PAID R40 FOR AN ITEM THAT I HAVE NEVER SEEN, THIS REFUND PROCESS IS ****************!!! It's different if this was explained to me telephonically, but there was nothing. I shop on probably 12 other online sites and to date I've never received such ****py service or a problem with my refunds!!
