Disgusting online service

I have been querying multiple packages with dawn wing, and 3 in particular were going around the 2 depots aimlessly, 1 of which i still have not received despite the fact that it has been sitting on their floor for 7 days now, just sitting their. i call in everyday to find out what the problem is and when i will receive my parcel, i first must be cut off at least 3 time before getting any actual help, and each time i'm on the phone for over 10 minutes, i get no help, and no effort being made to assist me.

No one has called me back regarding this parcel, and what is going on with it or the inconvenience caused, on the dot is just as bad, they do not follow up or update their systems, its all run so badly, and Mr price doesn't offer any help, and i cannot get hold of them either
