Disgusting Mr Price service.

Mr Price Sandton has made my black Friday shopping so so so horrible I dont believe that they treat their customers with so much disrespect and horrible service. On the 29th December 2019, we went for black Friday shopping as a family. It was so busy, we got helped by Lesego who was assisted by the rude manager Boni, this Boni doesnt deserve his role cause i dont think he knows what customer service is and he doesnt carry the Mr Price brand.When we got home we realised that one of our packages were left behind. We than went back to Mr Price the following day, Boni was exceling in been rude he didnt have time instead he made a fool out of us, no apology no remorse the money we used in going back and front the petrol money as if its our fault the package go left behind. Later on as we were trying to seek for help we then got attacked by Lornia. They guys are ganging up on us for the package that was ******. Mr Price needs to investigate these ****** cause to me it looks like something they always do to poor citizens. They then wanted us to wait and look at them compare the list and the cloths. They spiteful and waste our time. Its really terrible been ****** by staff members. I was humilated, ******, disrespectful and belittled by Mr Price Sandton.
