Disgusting how customers are treated

This is express the disgusting experience at one of your stores at Seshego circle.

I walked in the store looking for an outfit and some jewellery for the upcoming event i have this weekend. I looked around, picked up a couple of things to compare as well as some earrings. Looking for a neckpiece could not see anything i liked.

So i put everything down and made my way to the exit, the gentleman at the door looks through my bag and once done a lady calls me to the back. Okay, as l walk with her to the back I ask her, is there something wrong, her response was I'll tell you when we get to the back. Okay.

When we get to the back, one of her colleagues is sitting down eating lunch or whatever. She then proceeds to ask I hand her my bag, which I do. She then opens and searches my bag. At this point I'm still waiting for her to tell me what seems to be the problem but no goes on. Two more colleagues enter the room and stand by the door

She tells one of the oh the bag even has pockets inside pockets. She flips it inside out. AGAIN, i ask what's the problem. She says nothing

Then one of the woman at the door says you were seen holding earrings and now they cant be found. Then, I ask, cant be found where? Have you counted stock already? Have you verified with all the customers in store? I tell them I don't have these earrings on me. Also why is this woman not saying anything as i take a glance at her badge id (Masenya). Ms Masenya finishes with my back says there's nothing in here.

Then proceed to tell me to take off my clothes.

THIS WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO HUMILIATED AND VIOLATED!!!

Is this how Mr Price treats their customers?
