Disgusting customer services

Mr Price customer services is totally horrible, to this day I don't know why they still hire people who are not interested in actually working and assisting their clients. I sent and email on the 8th asking for assistance to cancel my insurances as I could not get through their phone lines and to this day no one has responded to my email.

I then decided to try again today to call in and Mr Price call centre is honestly the worst to deal with. All I want is to cancel my insurances but instead I was transferred from one agent to the other who were all not able to assist until my call eventually cut off after staying on the line for 30minutes to speak to someone to just CANCEL my insurances as I do not want to deal with them anymore.

Unacceptable customer services!!
