Disgusting customer service

Mr Peice has disgusting customer service! I’m appalled at how devalued I feel as a customer! I purchased items online and upon deliver one of the items is a factory defect. I have gone to 3 different stores to get this item exchanged however the don’t have the size I want instore. I have submitted an online enquiry to get an exchange to no response. Now their online WhatsApp chat box is insisting that I need to go instore!! Why should I be inconvenienced for their lack of quality assurance! Mr price this is your mess I will not correct it!
