Disgusting customer service- Daveyton

In all my years I have never come across such disrespect ,I intend furthermore to publicly discuss the bad customer service and lack of consistent protocols observed at the Mr price in Mayfield Square daveyton. The worst type of service from a cashier who had no badge on ! Asked for my license stating or asking me to read an under written notice ,which is in small hand writing and witten by a marker ! No management signature nor acknowledgement of those who may not be able to comprehend its purpose , he refused to assist me without me breaking the term " keep your mask on " he rudely asked i remove my mask for verification or he wouldn't assist me,furthermore disagreed with me discussing my need to do so and stated we don't mind doing so at alcohol establishment! So why not the store placing myself and those around me in danger - no sanitation happened before a d after handling of both cards or the counter so I guess inspectors need to oversee this store! The store manager or assistant gracefully stood there and watched, I noted be open to saying things with respect! In his response " I guess il go back to school"

The store itself is disorganized all they do is discuss personal things and are less bothered with clients . Not once have i ever gone through that at lake side or greenstone. I guess Mayfield isn't as lucky to have clients who work with the bargaining counseling like myself !

The guy had no name tag, his big and structure as an endomorph body type , dark undertone ! The tiny other guy was very calm and tried to diffuse the situation but Mr education simply responded to him disrespectfully ...
