Disgusting Customer Service at MR Price Kimberley CBD

Yesterday I went to Mr Price located in Kimberley, CBD, 8 du Toitspan road. This is a follow up from my previous complaint. I went to pay out my lay-buy that I had initial made around the 26th of August. When I first complained I received a call from the Regional manager and I must say he handled it like a professional. Soon after the manager of Mr Price in Kimberley CBD called and she was nice about this whole matter; however yesterday when I went in store to get my package, her character was completely different.

The manager was confrontation as to why I had to lay a complaint. She cross questioned me; who was the cashier who helped me on the days I was there? HOW WOULD I KNOW BECAUSE THE STAFF DOES NOT WHERE NAME TAGS! I actually now wish I had taken out my phone when she was being rude to me. I have realised that my name has been flagged at their store because instead of apologizing she treated me as if I was a child who stole at Mr Price when I paid with my hard earned money! I will again repeat how Mr Price in CBD Kimberley lacks the qualities of what good customer service is. They cater for university students who will never complain about the staff’s behaviour. Did they even under go any training?

They are beyond rude! This was my first and last time ever going there and i do not know why I went there in the first place to be treat as if I am not a paying customer

To the regional manager Please give the staff training. I do not expect a call from you nor look forward to one.
