Disgusting customer service

Just ask I Nicole and Lester as to why they keep telling the refund was processed but I don't get any money then they keep requesting info from me but then tell me the money was reversed on the 10th July it's now mid aug and they have processed a refund twice but tell me my money was reversed by my bank and still don't have the decency to get back to me s a matter of urgency I even asked them to contact my partner cause he is now dealing with this cause it's his bank account but they didn't bother when I emailed the next day asking why no one has called him I got an email back saying " I didn't provide my partners number " yet they had called him a week ago to discuss the matter and didn't even ask yesterday for the number they just didn't call or think to ask me same time to avoid all this ! I hope those people dealing with this since day one gets fired for they pathetic customer service and a horrible customer journey for me and my partner regarding this matter !
