Disgusting Customer Service

<p>I am disgusted with Somerset Mall staff. When picking up my order on 14 August 2016 I was waiting for assistance. I asked a lady behind the till why do I have to wait because as far I as know the reason I'm doing a online order is not to wait in a queue. She then went on about me waiting and there was no queue, the fact that I am waiting was a problem as there is a sign that says"why stand in a queue when you can shop online" irrepective if im waiting alone or behind the queue Im still waiting. I then asked her what her name was to which she rudely anwered she does not know and walked away. I eventually got her name after being helped. This is not the first time that I have experience bad service at the Somerset Mall branch, the staff at the branch really needs an attitude adjustment.</p>
