Disgusting Attitude and No professionalism

Good day<br> I am utterly disturbed with the level of professional courtesy your Call Agents are displaying with everything call they make to me. A payment of R500 was done on the 20th Jan via Eft, on the 24th Jan I received a call from one agent who didn't display professionalism and I made an arrangement on the 24th Jan to pay R150 via Eft in order to pay towards the arrears on my account, in total I would pay R750 in Feb as well with the intention of settling the account end of March. I received a rude call from Ayanda Mhlongo, who clearly doesn't have Collections skills and is un-guided with a call script. I am utterly disgusted at the level of immaturity and rudeness from her. Especially when I have communicated a proper arrangement with your institution. Is this the level of business ethics Mr Price Money condones.
