Disgusting and Rude MrPrice Employees

The phone gets slammed in my ear and when I try to phone back, nobody answers. They submit late reports which drags down a credit score and they simply refuse to action anything on their side to fix this. The people are extremely rude and impatient and clearly incapable of doing math. They have added a new credit account to my report which I have not consented to opening with this company, which in turn just drags my credit report down even more.

I am disgusted at the gross incompetence of these employees.
