DISGUSTING AND ARROGANT CALL CENTER AGENT

A collections agent called me this evening regarding my account with the most disgusting arrogant attitude and no contact center etiquette whatsoever... He should be packing shelves or picking up papers with that kind of attitude.

I acknowledged the arrears on my account yet he was on a mission to **** me off and disrespected me to a point where he did not even want to give me his name or his manager. I would like to get feedback ASAP on how this agent will be dealt with because as clients we should never get such disgusting service from someone who clearly sounds like they don't need the job.
