DISGUSTING

My order was shipped on the 1st of May already, and yet still no delivery! I have phoned many times, and everytime its “ I’ll send an email through to our couriers and we will keep you up to date”!! How is it possible to be delayed by this long! Ive ordered many other parcels from other companies and I’ve received them in less than 2 weeks and thats including a delay! This is pathetic! And now I can’t even get a refund! MOST PATHETIC SERVICES EVER! Get a better solution to the problem!
