Good day<br> <br> Should i have known that people working at customer service helpline are so rude, i wouldn't have opened an account with Mr Price. I called in to find out how much i am paying this month, then she told me, and i asked about my plan, then she answered me. Then i asked how does she know that the plan is 12 months, then she says the system tells her. Then she started with irritated with me because i am asking more questions. Then i asked her, should i need to change the plan to 6 months, how much would i be paying, and she starts screaming at me and telling me that the system cant tell her that information, how it that possible. ****** call center cant have a decent conversation and help you with a proper manner. If she doesnt know, she shudve just said she doesnt know and transfer me to the next person that can help. Im so ****ed off cant believe barbaric people like that still exist. Cant even remember what she said i am paying this month. Nxa.
