Disgusting

1) I'm still waiting on a response from my complaint.

2) I went to the branch myself, this is NOT for Mr Price, but for Natasha; the manager of Parow Centre branch.

Natasha is a fantastic human being. She wasnt able to assist me at the time however, the manner in which she handled my situation was outstanding.

This is to thank her for being kind and for looking into the matter.

I still however, decided not to make the purchases. I'm.a loyal Mr Price Customer. I do majority of my shopping at your chain store.

The fact, that I was so uncomfortable in a store where I usually feel at home made me leave, makes me desire compensation for driving to your branch only to have my petrol wasted.
