Disgusting!!!

The Somerset East (Eastern Cape) branch has been down for the past wee**** I went the store today to make a payment on my account and I can't do so because the system is down and has been for the past week. Now if I miss a payment on my account then it reflects negatively on my credit score.

How do you plan on rectifying this problem??? This is disgusting. If this was a store at Canal Walk or Southgate Mall this would have been rectified right away no doubt.
