Disgusted with Mr Price online service

I made an online order on the 31st of March with expected delivery date of 6 April. It's 9 April and still haven't received my packaged. I called the couriers only to be told I will receive my package on Wednesday. I specifically ordered these items for this weekend and opted for door to door delivery because it was the fasted shipping method. What's the point of giving due dates if you're not going to deliver as stated. I'm so furious right now. And when you call no one can help you.
