Disgusted in online order delivery
I have placed an order on Monday 17.12.2018 and need it by tomorrow, 22.12.2018??? I have been calling the Call Centre since 14:30 today, 21.12.2018 as my order says SHIPPED since 18.12.2018 but no one can help me they put me on hold then I go through to someone else all the time! I am still waiting for Navashnee or Celestine (I think that’s her name) to call me back but they still haven’t!!!
They are saying the orders are delayed but I paid for my order to be delivered in 3 days which was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY, 20.12.2018!!!
Could ANYONE get back to me!
