Disgusted in Mr price staff!

I had opened a Mr price account, this month was my first payment to be paid and the amount owed was R110 I received an sms saying R110 should be paid before the 30th of April and I had done a payment of R150 via the Mr price app, they kept smsing and calling me saying I need to pay which I did, they asked me to email proof of payment I did that, they then asked me to send my account number I did that aswel then asked me for my Mr price account number and I did that too. I then got an sms saying they having a delay in payments via the ussd. I then got another sms saying I need to PAY R200 immediately and the credit bureau has been notified so I sent that message via email to a lady I've been dealing with Dianne Kenneth, still no feedback, I then get two calls today 11th May from a lady Nompumalelo from Mr price and both times the call was dropped and they didn't bother to call back. Right now I received another sms at 11am stating that despite any sms or calls I need to make a R200 payment because my account is in arrears.

I am absolutely disgusted and so put off at this behavior for my first time doing a payment for Mr Price and I regret even opening up an account with them, the service is pathetic. And I want this issue to be sorted out immediately.

And I would like clear proof that the Credit Bureau has been notified that my payment has been done this is a terrible record to have.
