Disgusted in Mr Price Group

Disgusted! The Mr Price group changed there system so since the end of January if you make payment via USSD it does not reflect on there system. I have been extremely patient with them when they called me for the second month in a row and sent them proof of payment. I have now checked my credit score and hell and below - this *********** company has said my account is in arrears and that I have missed a payment. This has ****en effected my credit score and there call centre is useless as hell!
