Disgusted by the online app

This is my first time ordering online. I placed an order for 5 items. I added my correct information in the delivery details yet to find when I tried tracking my parcel I saw that it ended up in Durban and I live in Cape Town. How is it possible to make such a stupid mistake when I have added my correct details on their app. I’m running around now trying to get the courier company to deliver my parcel to me because Mr Price already deducted my money. I advise no one to order online again.
