Disgusted by the attitude of staff

<p>I am very upset with MRP! I have paid my account, actually more than what my monthly installment was meant to be, yet I keep getting phone calls saying I have not paid and they are so rude on the phone! Then they have the cheek to harass my parents at their home all hours of the day and night and shouting at my mother over the phone! This is disgusting! Check your facts before you harass people for payment! Other people have no paid their account in months and don't get a phone call. I have made a payment twice this month but still get nasty phone calls. </p>
