Disgusted at MRP Accounts

I overpaid my MR Price account and was in credit with the company, so I stopped monitoring the account, as they essentially owed me money. Only to realise that they actualy charge you monthy fees for insurance even when they OWE you as the company money.

I called in to the worlds most unhelpful call centre and was told its too bad thats just how they work. This is absolutely disgusting on their behalf and I will now be closing my account with the company and they will no longer receive my custom at any of their stores.
