Disgusted

Your customer service is disgusting. On the phones and on WhatsApp. The agents are very unhelpful, when you call and when you chat, the chats being closed before you even done chatting to them. I placed an order on the 27th of September for Click and Collect was suppose to be at the branch by the 3rd October called the branch no order delivered, have been in constant communication nobody helps you with anything. It's going to be escalated a month later and today I am told it was delivered to the branch. When! On my side it still shows Shipped, once again I am on the line with customer care and the phone was dropped more that 3 times. Issue still not resolved, I am told I can't cancel the order
