Disgusted

23 June after work I went to Mr Price Eastgate, purchased a few items there were hoodies ( same size, same code) which were marked down from R159.99 to R100. I did not get a receipt it was emailed to me. The next day when I was going through my emails, I had a look at the receipt and saw that one of the hoodies was scanned R159.99 while the other was scanned R100. Long story short, went back to Mr Price yesterday after work to get the R59.99 price difference back. Got to the till, explained to the lady (I didn't get her name) she called her manager, narrated the story to him, showed him the receipt. He asked where the items were I told him I do not have them with me as I came from work and stopped at Eastgate to get cake for my daughter whose birthday was yesterday and thought I could get that sorted. Anyway he told the lady that she could give me back the R59.99 price difference. 1 hour lady, after the manager (didn't get his name) sent me to go get the same item from the shelf so they can scan it in order for me R59.99 back, after making me wait a whole hour even though I told them I have a 8 year old waiting for me to celebrate her birthday, the manager then tells me I should go and come back with the items in order for him to give me the R59.99. I explained to him that I am not always at Eastgate nor do I stay close by and he has the receipt which clearly shows sane items , same code but the one was not scanned at the mark down price. Transport to and from Eastgate is more than the R59.99 and I am already there but now I should leave and come back again.

Petrol is more than R20 a liter, but he refused to assist me. I just want the R59.99 price difference back. A bill for over R800 and I will be given the round a round for R60

I am actually very disgusted, disappointed and annoyed. I will never buy clothes for me or my kids at Mr Pricd ever again. I know it makes no difference since I am a drop in the ocean but never again. Please pay back my R60.
