Disgusted!

<p>So on the 26th of July I ordered items online... from the 2 for 1 sale...my husband had our mr price card because everytime we want to apply for another card they tell us to come back another time... I decided to eft the money to secure the items.... I got the order confirmation form..then I waited and waited and waited....no payment confirmation. ..yesterday I emailed them to check where my items were ...no response. So i emailed them again today...apparently the money doesn't reflect on the system. I send the girl the sms the bank sent and a copy of the bank statement. She then says she can't help me with a bank statement I need proof of payment... seriously! I've had just about enough now. Up until now my money has vanished :) so thank you Mr price for putrid service and lack of communication. </p>
