Disgusted

I am so disgusted in the way i have been handles since pacing my order online. i Chose express delivery as i need the item by the 03.05. online i was advised items to be in the store by the 30.04. but that was all lies. my items has still not arrived i have had long conversations with the call center, and they have not been helping as they don't even know when my items will be at the store. all i am asking them is to then have it delivered at my work pace which is 15 min away from the mr price store in bellville. they are not even making a effort to ask the courier to deliver it door to door. they are asking me to call the br and arrange. whose issue is it mine or theirs. I spoke to a manager at the call centre (thobani)
