Disgusted

On the 15th of November I visited the Mr price store at Boulders shopping centre in Midrand and when I went to the tills to pay I forgot my cell phone on counter and left at the door I realized my phone was gone and I ran back to the counter and asked the casher for my phone, she then said she didn't see my phone I told her but there was no one else here that could've taken my Samsung galaxy S7 because the shop was empty I then called the manager and asked her if I can view the camera footage she told me the cameras are not working. I regret going to that store because what happened to serving the customers honesty.
