Disgusted

I have been waiting 4 days now for my parcel. I have received 3 notifications saying the parcel will be delivered but still have not received it. i realized that whoever sent my details to the courier changed my address information but no one informs you that they can't find they place. I tried the new whats app thing and that service is pathetic as well. The person chatting to me takes forever to reply and all they say the courier has been advised. I even called the customer service line and the gentlemen helps me but then says his not sure if they will deliver again because they only try to deliver thrice then sends it back. So what am I then to do. I never had a problem before now all of a sudden people don't know what they doing.
