disgustd wth attitude of mr price employees

was waiting outside the shop at 09:45when i saw the notice tht they will open 09:45 due to stock take. There was a lady waiting already when i had arived.After waiting about 5min longer she asked the security guy what time they will open and is anyone going to inform the other clients standing outside? he said they will open 10:30. the lady walked away.And one of the mr price ladies was swinging her body around on the inside mocking the lady that walked away whilst other clients were watching her. i asked the security what is her name as i did not look at her face.And i asked him for a name he just went to sit down and did not bother.when Lungile came to the door to eventually inform the clients i also asked her for a name.Until 10:28 i still had not received a name even after all the ladies of mr price were called to the front they still could not get a name. when getting to the counters to pay i asked lungile again what is her name she said she did ask but there was no effort done to ask only after that they announced the ladies to come to the front desk. After i turned my back to leave all the ladies and some gents started laughing and at what as this is a serious matter???
