DISGUST - Mr Price

I would like to express my outmost disgust in the service of two Mr. Price stores, Adderley Street and Canal Walk. I have been trying to call these two stores with regards to their Cellular Black Friday deals and to-date have not gotten through to either store or spoken to any cellular consultant. When I got through to their customer service dept. I was sent from one dept. to the other and yet again no-one can help me. They are advertising deals on their website and when you search the site in which stores you can purchase it states NO STOCK on most of the phones that have been promoted! The Customer Service tells me that it is only on-line purchases but it states no where it is. I don't understand why MRP is advertising anything when you CAN'T purchase what you want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
