Disgruntled Customer

Good Day. I trust you are well. I purchased a boys padded bomber jacket just less than a few weeks ago. Following care instructions and washed it. Only to see that at the seams it opened and the padding /fluff is coming out. I'm really disappointed because we paid R189 for the jacket s****ping together our last money only to be given inferior quality. I can't imagine what's going to happen on the second wash. I'm going to take this up with the consumer watch. Hiked prices but inferior quality will not be tolerated. Highly annoyed, dissatisfied and disappointed customer.
