Disgraceful Service

Oh my goodness! I will never ever order online from MRP again, absolute disgraceful service! Been fighting now for 2 weeks to either get our money back or our CORRECT order, as per MRP I must go into the store get the goods and the ask for. refund, then what is the use of ordering online for delivery if you have to go into the shop in any case, there is a reason why people order online for delivery. You need to chase customer service to get back to you otherwise they don't, when you call you are placed on hold and that is where you stay. Really not happy at all
