I can’t find the complaints department on the Mr Price Money so I’ll put it her. Please Mr price remove your credit status of my credit rating. In I had a emergency illness in the family and fell behind on my acc and the medical aids don’t want o pay for anything theses day # universalmedical aid. Bit I September I paid my 3 months installment in full by this time you had already added the end of September’s Payment in but that was only for at the end of off September or October 1st. However even after paying the arrears IN FULL I sti got messages saying I was in arrears and that you will charge me penalty fees. I paid the amount in October but you after my credit records updated a few hours ago you still have me one month in arrears. So as your sms’s Say fix my account Now! And clear my credit records Now! I had the same issue with another clothing company and I have not got the same problem with them. They have cleared me and reinstated my credit.

I also want my credit limit adjust to the correct status of what I have actually paid Now ! Thank you
