************** at the Chatsworth Centre Branch

Today my family and i went to the Mr Price branch at Chatsworth Centre, Durban to purchase a few winter items. The queues were extremely long as usual at this branch and we decided to join the queue which was meant for card payments only that had 2 cashiers. We waited for a while and was next to pay for items but much to what happened next was a surprise to us. The cashier named Luyanda decided to cash items for 2 other customers who had by passed the long standing queue that was behind me and created their own queue in front of him (they were cashing in tables in the middle of the store and not at the normal payment counter). We had asked him why he was doing this and to much to our surprise he laughed at us and said that he was creating his own queue and carried on with cashing their items. We were shocked at his ******** behavior and the attitude of how he rep**** to us. Upon this we called the 2IC branch manager to address this but she showed no emotional intelligence towards us and just asked the customers in the long queue behind me to to stand in from his counter as well. We would like the Mr Price group to address this ************** urgently at this branch. Why are people treated differently and unfairly when we played our parts by standing in your long queues to support your company. Due to this incident experienced today from your staff, we are highly to never recommend anyone to your branch. I would like urgent feedback on what actions are taken to resolve this unfairness happening at this branch, not just for me but for our community that chooses you instead of the other retailers.
