Discourtesy of Mr Price Debt Collection Agency

I am only human with debt. My Mr Price account ran into arrears and was handed over to debt collectors. I've made two payments since the 15 February 2018, with only R 400.00 outstanding. To date and hour my account has not been updated and I still receive the most menacing phone calls from the debt collections agency. Please debt collection agency don't be so disrespectful when calling clients.
