Disclosing debt to anyone who answers

While I am waiting for a refund/payment recall- mrp is calling my home and disclosing to my parents (mother) my account is in arrears- when my mom says this is not her speaking, the lady says she made a mistake- it's ok for u to make such a huge mistake and not give a dam?! Disclosing my personal information? Please send me the document I singed in agreement that it's ok to disclose such information.

I would love to hear what the country has to say about this in a national radio discussion- as well as articles to be published with regards to how mrp handles their matters.

You are wrong and have no respect, this isn't the first time that occurred as well. How about sorting out my payment recall before calling my home about me been in arrears.
