Disaster service at Mr. Price
<p>I'm very very upset!!! Today I went to Mr. Price (Broadwalk (376), West Street, 4001. My mother Bonakele Princess Cele added my younger sister in her card. So when we got to the store I was assisted by Thandekile Gumede (2017/01/31. 15:23:37), the most arrogant, rude and disrespectful person I have ever met in my life!!! When we got to the till she said my sister was ********** and humiliated us calling us names saying we took a card from the street. We even called a manager who explain to her that its an additional account but she went on and said "you ********** girls will only get these things because the manager said so otherwise you weren't going to get these clothes". The services was very poor, slow and we were treated like *******, all I want to know is this a good service, is this how she was trained to treat customers?? If I need to take her to court so let be it, she was very rude. Please contact my mother who is fuming right now because we called her while she was at work!! please contact my mother, ********** 945. </p>

Now I can fully say Mr. Price is full of ***** and people who protect each other from the wrong!!!! Today a lady phoned me and apologised on behalf of the store and the rude lady who assisted us (Thandi). She said Thandi is a supervisor probably she was having a bad day and took it out on us. I said I want Thandi to apologise to me and my mother face to face we will use our money and go to Mr. Price just to hear her apologise after telling the whole store that we were *******. The lady who phoned me **** and said she will organise that and get back to me at 14:00 but till now there's no call. I am so angry right, it is obvious now that this Thandi girl is their favourite that is why she can bully any customer and get away with it. No! Not me and my mother we will take further steps Mr. Price!!!!! We were disrepected and emotionally abused and we must smile and forget about it, we are human your service sucks. I even said I can go to the store the same time we were talking overte phone she said she first needs to confirm if Thandi is at work today. Why defend a rude assistant??????

I fume when I imagine the way this girl mistreated us and called us names now her superiors are defending her!! Saying she is a "supervisor" I will take each and every step I know to make sure that I get the justice I deserve. How can this girl be a supervisor while she can't even know the additional card. She even said "call that damn mother of yours I don't care about her" who is she saying that about our mother!! Mr. Price you have poor training how do hire such a person even promote to being a supervisor. Used on disrespecting people and getting away with it.
