Disappointment and frustrated pensioner

It is with great disappointment that I write this today. I am a pensioner who decided to open an account for myself to be able to get myself things without worrying my children but I had multiple insurances opened at the same time. It's been months I had gone to close it and have done all that was requested of me but I'm still paying for insurance I didn't want in the first place. I'm very tired
