Disappointment

I am So beyond annoyed with this company

I ordered online from them the 1/07 2021 My order was suppose to be delivered the 8th of July Wednesday the 7th when i logged in to see if its been shipped it had a Cancelled sign next to my order. Payment was successful and was confirmed by my bank. When i phoned The call center the lady told me just sent me the details of your order and we will immediately refund you. today is Friday and still nothing not a single word. i was really looking forward to my order Mr price and for you to just cancel my order because you " didn't receive it in time" Is a cop out
