Disappointment

I placed an order last week Friday. I received a notification on Monday morning that my order was out for delivery and would be received by 5pm that day. Nothing. I called them on Tuesday morning and was told again that my order was out for delivery and I will receive it today. Still nothing. I called at 4pm again and was told I will definitely receive my order by the end of the day. It's almost 7pm and still no delivery. The call centre agent was very unhelpful and had a can't be bothered attitude.
