Disappointing Service from Mr Price!

I am so disappointed in Mr Price online shopping from the Mr Price App. I have ordered a few items on the App on the 15th of December for delivery. However the money was immediately deducted from my banking account, I did not receive an order number and have not received the order, but I have lost the money.

When contacting Mr Price on the self help service via Whatsapp numerous times, no assistance was given, no refund or voucher, no order.

Should we just accept the loss? This is very dissapointing.
